Blue Spectre's Paranormal Stick is a special stick with three eyes.
Ghosts' base spawn chance is 5%. This item adds 10%, which results in 15% spawn chance. Before version v1.04.001 Stick was the only item in game which affects the spawn chance. Now there is similar item: 
Ecto Fuel Line.
As an Event Item, Blue Spectre's Paranormal Stick is an unique item and has neither any other rarity nor star rating.
