This item multiplies skull's value by 2 for each Black Orb you have. The 
Greed Splinter, 
Greed Shard and 
Fortune Shard all also multiply Skull values.
The Skull Necklace is an unique item and has neither any other rarity nor star rating.

The Skull Necklace can be obtained from a Challenge and only once.
