The Shop Keep is one of the bosses in The Land of Turtles event. He also appears in Super Toss The Turtle.
The Shop Keep is the proud owner of Blast Co. which is selling guns, cannons and other stuff that goes "boom".
After defeating the boss, player receives a 
Chaos Gem as a reward. The Shop Keep is a dynamic boss, which means that his level will increase after resetting timeline in which he was defeated.
